Private Party Terms and Conditions
Prices are based on 3 hr. parties, unless otherwise noted
Minimum requirements for reserving entire second floor are 60 adults and a choice of either brunch, luncheon or dinner buffet

With a minimum of 35 people, we can close the upstairs DINING area with restrictions. Inquiry for details.
​
Parties on Fridays and Saturday Nights require a DINNER package and premium open bar. (no later than 6pm start)
A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required at contract signing. (check or cash only)
​
Final guarantee is due 1 week prior to party
​
Total balance is due immediately upon completion of party
​
All prices are subject to local sales tax (currently 7%) as well as a 20% service charge
​
Customer is liable for any damages incurred by Bradys at the Station during the execution of the party that was determined to be caused by customer, guests, or venders ( D.J, band, party planner/decorator, etc.) hired by customer
“Bradys” reserves the right to make certain restrictions on entertainment and/or decorations. Please discuss with management prior to party’s execution
